Jackson dominated the Detroit Lions last Sunday in a resounding victory, and he looks ready to carry on the momentum this week when his team takes on the Arizona Cardinals. NBC Sports ranked Jackson third among quarterbacks in their fantasy football rankings for this week.
At long last, Lamar Jackson put it all together in Week 7 against Detroit. L-Jax has consistently been in the QB6-8 range. Now he might finally make a run at the top 3-4. The Cardinals are a beautiful place to get a hot streak going after last Sunday’s Lions destruction.
Last week against the aforementioned Lions, Jackson went 21-of-27 through the air for 357 yards and three touchdowns. He also contributed 36 rushing yards on nine carries and a score in that department as well as the Ravens dismantled Detroit 38-6 at home. Can Jackson keep that level of play going this weekend? It may be a tall order to replicate those numbers, but he could be poised for another good game as the Ravens travel to face the 1-6 Arizona Cardinals.
Arizona’s lone win of the season came in a Week 3 upset of the Dallas Cowboys, and it has dropped four games since that win. Kickoff between the Ravens and Cardinals is slated for 4:25 p.m. ET, and the game can be seen on CBS.
