Tuesday’s game between the Boston Celtics and the Golden State Warriors will feature star forward Jayson Tatum. Though Draymond Green and Kristaps Porzingis are out for both teams, the superstar matchup between Tatum and Steph Curry should be entertaining to watch.

The 2022 NBA Finals matchup between the Warriors and the Celtics is one of the best in recent memory. The two teams have had many exciting battles over the years. Naturally, Curry and the Warriors defeated Tatum and the Celtics in that series, but ever since, Boston has appeared to be the superior team

Golden State still has their championship DNA that they hope will show itself at some point soon, and the Celtics are hoping to establish that culture as they pursue a title with this group. The best team in basketball so far this season, Boston looks like an absolute force after coming up short in last year’s Eastern Conference Finals series against the Miami Heat.

Klay Thompson, a star player for the Golden State Warriors, is known for playing with a chip on his shoulder, and this season he might be more focused than ever. Thompson always plays with this mindset, as was previously mentioned, so it’s possible that this has nothing to do with the recent rumors regarding his contract. Having said that, the Warriors star has a significant extra incentive to have a successful season because it’s probably his last chance to earn a long-term contract in the NBA.
