According to Pete Nakos of On3 Sports, Georgia is considered the favorite to sign Etienne.

There had been some talk early in the season that Etienne was looking to transfer. Those rumors have come true, and the result could be Etienne heading to the Bulldogs.
Georgia’s rushing game this season has been led by seniors Daijun Edwards and Kendall Milton. Etienne has two years of eligibility left.
