During his time off the field at the Reese’s Senior Bowl, former Tennessee Volunteer quarterback Joe Milton III made an impression on a lot of people.
Joe Milton III, the quarterback for Tennessee, is well-liked everywhere he goes. In the midst of intense national scrutiny during his one and only season as the University of Tennessee starter, the NFL Draft candidate won the respect of Knoxville, Tennessee. After the euphoria of an 11-win season, his squad had a difficult season, but his positivism and life lessons pushed them through.
As a starter, Milton went 8-4, trying his best to maintain the Vols’ upward trend. During his time as the starting quarterback, he accumulated 2,813 passing yards and 27 touchdowns while only throwing five interceptions in 2023. During his last season of collegiate football, he made a lot of progress and was invited to the Reese’s Senior Bowl. Despite having a successful practice week, Milton attracted notice for his persona off the field.

People in Milton’s immediate vicinity have long praised his leadership and maturity in handling a difficult circumstance. On Tuesday, Milton was invited to the NFL Combine, giving him another chance to show off his skills to scouts and organization executives.
