The NBA just announced its list of top-selling jerseys for the second half of the season, with Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry topping the list. Curry surpassed Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James, who was placed second on this list, to lead the NBA in jersey sales during the second half of the season.
This is particularly noteworthy given that Curry has spent his whole professional career with the same organization. James and Curry, commonly regarded as the NBA’s two faces, remain unquestionably the most popular players in the game.
It is unfortunate that Curry and the Warriors were not able to make the playoffs, as there is always a lot of excitement whenever Golden State is in the mix. While the Lakers did make the playoffs, they already trail the defending champion Denver Nuggets 0-2, having now lost 10-straight games to them.
