An offensive analyst from Nick Saban’s era will rejoin Kalen DeBoer’s team at Alabama.
According to Matt Zenitz of 247Sports, Alabama will re-hire John McNulty.
The 55-year-old was an off-field analyst under Saban in 2023, helping the Tide to a Southeastern Conference Championship.
He was a former safety at Penn State University and has spent his whole career coaching offense. McNulty has worked with quarterbacks, wide receivers, and tight ends as an offensive playcaller. He has had success in both college football and the NFL. McNulty reunites with Jalen Milroe, Tyler Booker, Jaeden Roberts, Justice Haynes, Jam Miller, Kobe Prentice, and Kendrick Law. It will be intriguing to watch how he integrates into DeBoer’s coaching staff.
