A five-star wide receiver for the University of Alabama has finished high school.
Ryan Williams, a superstar from Saraland (Ala.) High School, is graduating from the program.
He shared a photo via Instagram of him in his cap and gown as he completes his high school career for the Spartans. Williams, who reclassified from 2025 to the 2024 class will arrive on campus this month to start summer classes for the Crimson Tide.
Alabama fans are excited to see what Williams does as he’s the most highly anticipated receiver to come to the Tide as an in-state prospect since Julio Jones in 2008. He was “Mr. Football” for the state of Alabama twice in his career. Now, Williams is prepared to ball out for the Tide in Kalen DeBoer’s offense
Alabama explosive 4-Star WR commit Lotzeir Brooks squats nearly 500 pounds
Alabama football’s wide receiver commit, Lotzeir Brooks is not just fast.
The Crimson Tide pledge has strength to go along with his explosive playing style. Touchdown Alabama recently caught up with Brooks’ head coach at Millville High School Humberto Ayala, and he raved about Brooks’ toughness and strength.
“He is strong as heck in the weight room. People don’t realize how strong this kid actually is for his size. A shoestring tackle ain’t taking him down. The plan is to get him the ball in open space and let him go.”
Brooks’ put his strength on display Thursday when he maxed out at 445 pounds while squatting. A video of Brooks moving the weight can be streamed below:
