The state of Utah has never been a powerhouse of football recruiting for Ole Miss football, but that may be changing with native Ute Jaxson Dart running the offense in Oxford as the Rebels’ highly anticipated Heisman Trophy dark horse heading into the summer. Ole Miss also has a commitment in its 2025 class from newly minted five-star wide receiver Jerome Myles of Corner Canyon High School in Draper, Utah, where Dart played prep football.
The Rebels have extended an offer to four-star offensive lineman Darius Afalava, a 6-foot-5, 320-pounder from Skyridge High School in Lehi, Utah. According to the 247Sports Composite index, Afalava is ranked as the No. 24 interior offensive lineman in America and the No. 3 player in Utah’s 2025 class.
