The Alabama recruiting class is gearing up for the 2025 cycle. New head coach Kalen DeBoer’s recruiting efforts are greatly above expectations.
DeBoer and company have received a commitment from five-star cornerback Dijon Lee Jr., who joins Alabama’s No. 2 recruiting class in the 247Sports rankings.
According to 247Sports’ composite ranking, Lee is the No. 22 player in the country and the No. 4 high school cornerback recruit. The Mission Viejo (CA) prospect is Alabama’s sixth Top 100 commitment this cycle.
Few, if any, expected the Tide to get out to such a fast start, but it is certainly making an impression. The party might not be over.
In 247Sports’ crystal ball predictions, Alabama’s five-star wide receiver Caleb Cunningham is expected to do well.
There’s still plenty of time before players sign with programs, but early returns for Alabama are better than many could have expected. The program is building what could be a complete recruiting class led by elite Duncanville (TX) quarterback Keelon Russell.
Alabama will look to continue its summer momentum as it pushes for a No. 1 recruiting class in Kalen DeBoer’s first year in Tuscaloosa.
