The most significant addition to the Auburn football program’s recruiting class of 2024 is arguably 5-star wide receiver Cam Coleman, but there is plenty of skill to go around in the Coleman family. The Tigers’ coaching staff has already started recruiting Cam’s younger brother, Bobby.
Bobby Coleman Jr. is a quarterback out of Central High School in the recruiting class of 2027 and is not yet ranked as a rising 10th grader. So far, he has five offers from Texas A&M, Alabama State, Georgia, Georgia State, and Auburn football.
Coleman spent the weekend at Auburn’s elite camp, where he worked closely with quarterbacks coach Kent Austin. The quarterback’s recruiting process is still in its early stages, but he’s already impressed with Auburn football.
“I really like the coaches, just the family,” Coleman told Auburn Rivals. “When I come up here, it seems like I’m with family. I’m not on this team, but my brother is, and I am too. They genuinely treat me like family every time I come up here.”
4-star quarterback expected for visit this weekend
Weekends throughout the summer are reserved for recruiting visits, and the Tigers are set to host 4-star quarterback Helaman Casuga this weekend. According to 247 Sports’ Blair Angulo, he plans to visit the Plains on June 9 between trips to Clemson (June 5) and Alabama (June 10).
Casuga, of Draper, Utah, is listed as the #4 prospect in his state and the #14 quarterback in the 2026 recruiting class. For the time being, the 6-foot-1, 185-pound quarterback is keeping his recruitment open, despite having received over 15 scholarship offers.
