A’ja Wilson Makes WNBA History as First Player to Score 1,000 Points in a Single Season

A’ja Wilson has etched her name in the WNBA history books once again, becoming the first player to score 1,000 points in a single season. During a thrilling home game against the Connecticut Sun, the Las Vegas Aces star hit the milestone with a clutch fadeaway jumper in the final minutes, sealing an 84-71 win for her team.

 

The record-breaking feat came just days after Wilson set a new single-season points record, surpassing Jewell Loyd’s 939-point tally in a showdown against Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever.

It’s Been 25 Years Since Master P Singed to the Toronto Raptors

September 17 marked the 25th anniversary of Master P signing a non-guaranteed contract with the Toronto Raptors, a significant milestone in his unique basketball journey.
