The St. Louis Battlehawks set an all-new attendance record during their home opener in Week 2, outdoing their previous best.

An astounding crowd of 40,317 welcomed them home as they faced off against the Arlington Renegades, a spectacle unheard of in recent times.

March 12, 2023, was the last time St. Louis saw such immense crowd numbers, set at 38,310. However, this recent surge surpassed it by a fair margin, reinforcing the city’s love for the Battlehawks and the UFL.

In contrast, Memphis had a much quieter home opener, only attracting 8,791 spectators.

As they hosted the San Antonio Brahmas, one couldn’t help but note the dramatic contrast between this very small crowd and the sea of supporters that St. Louis drew.

San Diego, Oakland, and possibly Kansas City are all ready to plant the UFL seeds.

The league should seriously consider expanding into these areas where NFL departure is still a possibility, as this strategy has been successful in the past.
