Kyle Rudolph might not be a household NFL name, but he meant a lot to the Minnesota Vikings.

He played for the Vikings from 2011-2020, spent one season with the New York Giants, and one season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Rudolph was one of the Vikings’ primary pass-catchers for nearly a decade, so he saw a lot of different quarterbacks come through the organization during his tenure.

While he played with some great players, Rudolph recently acknowledged that the best quarterback he played with was Tom Brady.

Brady is a future first-ballot Hall of Famer, so it’s no surprise to hear Rudolph talk so positively about him.

He laid out his rationale in a recent appearance on Pardon My Take as shared by The Purple Persuasion on X.

“He’s like, I know what my guys have, I’ve seen what you’re going to give me like five times already, so I’m just looking, and I’m going to throw the ball over there,” Rudolph said.

Rudolph didn’t necessarily mean any disrespect to his Vikings counterparts with these comments, rather, he was just complimentary of one of the best quarterbacks in league history.

Not many players got the opportunity to share the field with Brady, so it was an honor for Rudolph to link up with him, even if it was just for one year.

He might have fond memories of playing with Brady, and rightfully so, but Rudolph will always be remembered as a meaningful contributor to the Vikings.
