It’s rumored that West Ham United is preparing a fresh offer for Manchester United center-back Harry Maguire.

Harry Maguire, a defender for Manchester United, is reportedly back on West Ham’s radar before the January transfer window.

In fact, it was claimed that Tim Steidten ‘vetoed’ the move to bring the towering defender to East London (Football Insider).

However, since then, things haven’t gone well for Maguire with Manchester United, and it seems as though he needs to leave the club in order to salvage his career.

And with the Hammers still one centre-back short, David Moyes could definitely do with Maguire at the London Stadium.

And it seems as though the Scot could go back in for the England international…

West Ham and Harry Maguire might reopen negotiations in January.

According to ESPN, Hammers manager David Moyes is considering a January offer for Maguire.

Now that so many of Manchester United’s center defenders have sustained injuries, he has actually been playing more recently.

However, the 30-year-old may still be considering leaving Old Trafford because he is aware that even when everyone is well, Erik ten Hag won’t give him consistent playing time.

I have no worries that the England international will succeed for the Claret and Blue because he fits Moyes’s system at the London Stadium brilliantly.

He performs best when he is a part of a deep defensive unit, making him the ideal long-term successor for Angelo Ogbonna.

I wouldn’t be at all surprised if West Ham signed Harry Maguire either in January or the following summer.
