The Daily Mail reported that Al-Ittihad, a Saudi club, were preparing to offer approximately £200 million for Salah. The Reds remained adamant that their top attacker was not for sale
However, if the Saudi Pro League is willing to make a significant offer, the situation might alter in 2024. Salah enjoys a stellar reputation both in the Middle East and throughout the world. The Liverpool great will draw a sizable audience and generate positive sentiment for the Saudi Pro League.
The league has Thiago of the Reds as a target as well. The 32-year-old has missed time at Anfield because of injuries on numerous occasions. The Spaniard continues to awe the Kopites with his ball handling prowess and grace.
Given the outrageous valuation and the signing of a long-term successor, Liverpool might let Salah go. Finding someone who can replace one of the best football players in the world would be a difficult challenge.
