The Cure have announced a new album and shared a new song from their first studio LP in sixteen years.
The 14th studio album from the English rock band, Songs From a Lost World, will be released on November 1.
It is available to pre-order now in multiple formats, including a Miles Showell Abbey Road half-speed master vinyl edition, exclusive marble and white bio vinyl versions, as well as cassette – real ‘lost world’ stuff!
A deluxe CD package is also available with an extra instrumental CD and blu-ray featuring hi-res stereo and Dolby Atmos mixes of the album.
On Thursday, The Cure shared the first track from their long awaited album, titled “Alone.”
The track received its exclusive debut play on Mary Anne Hobb’s BBC 6 Music Show, and is now available to stream and download on all digital platforms.
