Donny Osmond has been spending time with his family during a brief break in preparation for the remainder of his summer tour.
The pop icon embraced the well-deserved rest after sparking concern among fans after he “woke up without a voice.”
He was forced to cancel the highly anticipated performance at The Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino and despite the disappointment, Donny was inundated with well-wishes.
Thankfully for ticketholders, it was also confirmed that the singer was working towards “rescheduling his show for a later date.”
Ahead of his next concert in Hollywood, Florida on Wednesday, the 66-year-old shared an emotional family update on Instagram.
In a sweet photo, Donny smiled alongside his grandsons and his son who all beamed with pride as they posed in front of a scenic backdrop.
The singer wrote: “Enjoying a beautiful sunset at Glacier Bay Park in Alaska with my son, Jeremy, and two grandsons, Dylan and Ryder.
“Before starting the second half of my Summer Tour next week in Florida.”
This was a welcomed update as thousands caught another glimpse of the next generation of Osmonds which continues to grow as Donny and his wife now have 14 grandchildren.
After an issue with his vocal cords, he penned: “This has only happened a few times in my career and I, unfortunately, have no choice but to postpone tonight.
“I was so excited to perform, but please know that team Donny is working on a plan to reschedule this date.
“I apologise for the inconvenience. We will be sure to let you know on Donny.com as soon as we have details.”
