Before the Green Bay Packers’ Week 10 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers, head coach Matt LaFleur confirmed that two players were listed as doubtful.

This season, injuries have been a recurring theme for the Packers. This week, the team observed improvements in the health of several of its attacking players. This week, Yosh Nijman, Jon Runyan Jr., and Christian Watson all went back to practice.

However, the defense still had key players missing practice. Cornerback Jaire Alexander and linebacker Quay Walker missed Friday’s practice. According to Rob Demovsky with ESPN, LaFleur said Alexander and Walker are doubtful to play the Steelers.

The Packers will likely be without two of their best defenders Sunday. Fortunately for the Packers, they’re playing one of the more inept NFL offenses in the Steelers.

The Steelers have the fifth-worst total yardage average per game in the league. They’re also averaging the fourth-least amount of points per game, with just 16.5 PPG.
