With a Super Wild Card weekend, which ran from Saturday until Monday, it was one of the more thrilling NFL football weekends ever. Some of the most thrilling teams from this season emerged victorious in the first round of the 2023 NFL Playoffs, while other teams were forced to return home. Both the winning and losing teams this weekend featured a large number of former Dawgs, and these players performed admirably in their games. Georgia’s performances were subdued, beginning on Saturday night in a bitterly cold StadiumArrowhead. After losing 26-7 and racking up a tackle, Justin Houston and the Miami Dolphins saw their season come to an end. Mecole Hardman Jr. contributed a three-yard reception to the Kansas City Chiefs’ winning drive, while Malik Herring collected his own tackle. One of the more entertaining football days of the weekend was Sunday night. Beginning in the Lone Star State, the defense of the Green Bay Packers, commanded by Quay Walker, was a major factor in the Dallas Cowboys’ season ending embarrassingly. The Packers

triumphed 48–32, but the key factor in the victory was Quay Walker’s team-high 11 tackles. Devonte Wyatt, his current teammate from college, had his tackle. They are scheduled to play the San Francisco 49ers, the top-seeded team in the NFC.
