Astonishing reports: A former Celtics player is in jail after being accused of using drugs and guns.

Former Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo was arrested Sunday in Indiana for unlawful possession of a firearm, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana.

Rondo was allegedly driving with a juvenile and a gun in his Tesla when he was pulled over by Indiana State Police after another driver saw him operating recklessly on Interstate 65 Sunday afternoon in Jackson County Indiana, authorities said Monday.

“During initial contact with the driver, identified as Rajon P. Rondo, age 37, the trooper observed the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. During a search of the vehicle, suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia was located,” Indiana State Police said in a statement. “Troopers also located a firearm in Rondo’s possession.”
