Move over LANK, there’s TNT.

Nick Saban revealed Saturday during ESPN’s “College GameDay” Alabama coach Kalen DeBoer’s message to his Crimson Tide heading into the game with Missouri.

“Kalen did something this week that I thought was interesting: TNT” he said. “Takes No Talent.

“All these things that have been going wrong really aren’t talent oriented: the mental errors, the snap count, all these different things.”

The Tide has dropped two this season for the first time since 2006. Alabama hasn’t lost back-to-back games since 2013, something the team faces with Missouri coming to town.

“I think the No. 1 thing Alabama has to do is not worry about winning,” Saban explained. “They have to worry about getting back to playing to a standard. I think if they play to a standard – with the talent they have – they’ll be able to come out on top.

“There’s so much pressure at Alabama to win every game. The players get anxious. They worry about outcomes instead of what’s in front of them and playing one play at a time. That’s what they need to get back to.”

Kirk Herbstreit agreed the Tide’s issues this week have nothing to do with the Missouri Tigers.
